Ever get in trouble for doing what all your friends are doing?? Someone is always quick to say, “If your friends jumped off a bridge, would you?” Well…yea we did.  Over the weekend a couple friends and I took a little trip over to New Paltz and found some bridges and cliffs to jump off.  Doesn’t sound too crazy…does it?  Well long story short I survived, but i’m sure who ever drove over that bridge while we were standing on the guard rail might have been a bit worried.  A friend took a couple pictures of the adventure and this oneinparticular caught my eye.  taht’s me on the right just before me and my buddy Johnson took the plunge.  I feel like the picture doesn’t do justice to the actual height of the bridge.  It was about 60ft. and some person decided to drive by and tell us people have died from hitting underwater rocks, just as we were about to jump…thanks. This photo, to me, has some kind of solemn aura to it…the ripples of water and how both our heads are looking down, there seems to be a feeling of tension but at the same time tranquility.
